day 9 ― alice & bigby
[ sometimes you have to forget the insanity that is the night before and just learn to remove yourself from the world. Bigby doesn't... really... know how to do that, but he's trying. with how quickly things happen in this place and a pattern showing death every other day, however, he resounds himself to sitting down and trying to relax. the wounds that are still very much healing (with a fresh burn on his leg on top of it) command him to do just that.
he opts for playing pool, but that isn't going to happen. he'll open up his stitches and get berated by the rest of his apartment, emphasis Elizabeth. and... well, he doesn't need any bad conversations today. not today. all he wants is to spend some time with his roommates, the few people he's actually grown to care for.
and as such, both Bigby and Alice are in the entertainment theater. another movie is put on. another cartoon. he noticed she enjoyed them with the Three Little Pigs and the Big Bad Wolf, so he chose something a little less.. triggering. this time it is Pinocchio. they've already gotten to the not-so-settling part involving donkey children. still much better than seeing his animated self looking so damned ugly. ]
